Off-Grid Coastal Retreat

Renson Linarte vertical aluminum cladding across half the exterior of an off-grid retreat above Jervis Inlet, near Egmont on the Sunshine Coast.

The profiles clip onto a support frame and run floor to roofline in a black finish, wrapping corners and window returns without a break.

Aluminum won't rot, warp or need refinishing, which matters on a remote site in a high-UV, salt-air climate. It holds its colour against that exposure and sets a vertical rhythm against the horizontal siding on the other half of the house.
