The client built this house 21 years ago around a large window feature. Two decades on, the heat coming through that glass was the problem, and with no forced air and an open plan, air conditioning was not a simple fix.

We specified Renson Fixscreen, made to measure for the opening. The screen sits outside the glass and stops the heat before it reaches it, which is what separates it from an interior blind.

The client reports the house running up to 10°C cooler. Two summers in, they say it beat the air conditioning route they were weighing.
