Radiance

At Radiance, a private home in Vancouver, we worked closely with the homeowner and project team to add two Renson Camargue motorized pergolas and two Pratic T Hide retractable awnings—creating a more functional and comfortable outdoor space for all seasons. This custom outdoor living solution was designed to create cozy, functional areas for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the outdoors year-round.

One Camargue pergola serves as a fully outfitted lounge, featuring motorized louvers, drop-down screens, integrated LED lighting, and Bromic outdoor heaters—offering complete comfort and weather protection. The second pergola, located above the outdoor kitchen, is wall-mounted and includes a custom louvered wall that complements the home's modern architectural design.

The Pratic T Hide awnings provide flexible sun protection with smooth motorized operation, built-in lighting, and drop-down valances for extra shade and privacy. These retractable awnings create a seamless transition between open sky and shaded comfort, adapting effortlessly to changing conditions.
