The Stack
Six Renson Camargue motorized pergolas across the outdoor terraces at The Stack, a 37-storey office tower in downtown Vancouver and North America's first commercial high-rise certified Zero Carbon by the CaGBC.
Close the louvers and the roof is watertight, draining down the columns instead of onto the deck. With LED lighting in each frame and Bromic Tungsten heaters on the beams, tenants can work outside, take a meeting or host an event past summer.
The Camargue was chosen for the height, since it handles the wind loads of a rooftop this exposed.
